We've tried to make the following as easy to understand as possible by using plain english and making the important points crystal clear. If, however, you have any queries, please post them in our support system.

• Acceptable Content

All files uploaded to our service must be legal both in the United Kingdom and the US State of Texas. Pornography is not allowed on our systems (see Porn Directory for alternatives), nor is pirated software, other copyrighted materials (including celebrity photographs), documents related to or giving instructions regarding illegal activities (hacking, cracking, firearms, etc). In addition to this, we reserve the right to remove ANY files which we deem unsuitable for our service. If your account is found to contain such materials, they will be removed immediately and you will be given a warning. If the abuse persists, your account will be terminated without refund.

• Abuse of the UploadIt system

Any and all attempts to compromise our system will be dealt with strictly. Any attempts by your account to access another user's files and disrupt the service to others will result in your immediate removal of your account and your IP address being reported to the relevant authorities and your ISP.

• Information we store about you

As well as the information you give during signup, we also store your original Paypal transaction ID and your IP address every time a file is uploaded. We promise not to pass your details on to 3rd parties with the exception of the relevant police departments if such action is deemed necesary.

• Sharing of accounts

It goes without saying that UploadIt users are permitted to use their accounts from different locations (and, therefore, IP addresses). We may even permit light sharing of your account with friends or relatives. If, however, it becomes obvious that a large number of different people are using your account, it will be terminated without notice.

• Refunds

Uploadit will not provide refunds to any user accounts that have exceeded 1 month of service. Refunds are given at the discretion of UploadIt and may not be provided at all. If you where terminated for abuse you will not receive a refund.

• Limited Liability

UploadIt.org accepts no responsiblity for any damage, physical, emotional or financial which arises from your use of this service. While we will make every endeavour to maintain a 100% uptime, there may be periods in which your account or your files are unaccessible.

• Changes to the service

We reserve the right to change the specifications of the UploadIt accounts at any time and without prior notice.
